About
St. Louis Elite is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit athletic organization that trains and develops young athletes in the competitive sports of Trampoline & Tumbling and All-Star Cheerleading. Our mission is to enhance each athlete’s life through competition and training by developing strength, agility, courage, confidence, and discipline; therefore creating a safe, positive, winning environment.
Executive Director, and head coach, Gene Kohler formed St. Louis Elite Tramp and Tumble in 2003 with the intent to establish a nationally recognized trampoline and tumbling team. Over the past 4 years, Gene has accomplished just that, with the most recent successes in the 2007 season including two Gold, three Silver, and two Bronze medalists at the 2007 USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling National Championships. (See the press release for more details.) The year 2007 has also seen the addition of an All-Star Cheerleading program. We are very excited about this new addition to our program, and have high hopes for them.
On March 1, 2007, St. Louis Elite obtained not-for-profit status. This provides us with many new opportunities to raise the resources needed to support our athletes as they learn and grow.
